Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available, should you like to present a lovely and thoughtful gift to your loved one or a friend. Just write to info@mymiraclebaby.com.sg for more information. 

Payment methods

Fund Transfer (via ATM, Internet or over-the-counter deposit) - do a fund transfer to:

  • DBS Current Account Number: 104-900-086-9 or
  • POSB Saving Account Number: 119-11882-4

Pay through your Credit Card via Paypal.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Credit Card via Paypal. 

Delivery options
  • We offer FREE delivery to one location per order within Singapore for order S$45.00 and above. Registered mail or Courier service to be used depend on case to case basis. For order below S$45.00, customer will bear the postage or delivery charges.
  • We deliver to any deliverable addresses within Singapore (commercial or residential), but not to any P.O. Box address.
  • Deliveries take place on Mondays - Friday (10am - 5pm). Request for deliveries before or after the designated time, on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Kindly provide us with a contactable number (preferably mobile number) for us to arrange for delivery.

For international shipment, please CONTACT US on your order.

Privacy Policy
Accountability
1. We will be responsible for all personal data collected.  All personal data collected will be used and processed fairly and lawfully while in our possession or custody.  We ensure all our customers that we would be accountable for our organization's compliance to our Privacy Policy.
 
Specifying Purposes
2. Personal data collected, will not be used for a new purpose unless we obtain consent from our customers. We are the sole owner of the personally identifiable information collected on this site. We collect personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of registering a user for our web site.
 
Consent
3. We do not collect sensitive information from our customers.  We assure all customers that all personal information collected would be used or disclosed only for the purposes for which it was collected.
 
Limiting Collection
4. Only the necessary personal data is collected from customers’ for business purposes. Both the amount and the type of data collected shall be limited to that which is necessary to fulfill the purposes identified.
 
Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention
5. We will not disclose, share, transfer, sell or rent personally identifiable information to any 3rd party. We do not send unsolicited marketing email to our customers.  Customers will occasionally receive email on special promotions we hold. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, users may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email.
 
6. We do not keep personal data for longer than is necessary for those purposes for which they are collected.
 
7. We have developed guidelines and implemented procedures to govern the destruction of personal data that are no longer required to fulfill the identified purposes.
 
8. We would not display or make publicly available, whether through online directories, customer lists or otherwise, the personally identifiable information collected.
 
Accuracy
9. We ensure our customers that all personal information collected is accurate and kept up to date.  We do not maintain duplicate copies of personal information in different systems.
 
Safeguards
10. We ensure our customers that appropriate security safeguards are in place to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, copying, use, alteration, accidental loss or theft, destruction or damage.
 
11. Only authorized personals have access to our systems.  Consultants, contractors or other temporary employees do not have access to the data.
 
Openness
12. Our data protection policy (Privacy Policy) is displayed on the web site and the policy is set out in the same language medium as the web site.  We encourage all our customers to read our Privacy Policy to understand the objective of collection their personal data.

13. This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by this website.
Terms and Conditions

Cancellation of Order

Email us at info@mymiraclebaby.com.sg to cancel your order(s). Order will be cancelled if no payment is made and/or delivery cannot be arranged (at no fault of www.mymiraclebaby.com.sg) within 2 days from confirmation of order.
 
Exchange
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from our online store (not due to any manufacturer’s defect), you can return it in its original packaging and condition within 3 days of receipt for an exchange. Postage will be paid by customer. No exchange for personalized items
 
Refund
All goods sold are non-refundable.
 
Returns
Kindly note that there is strictly no returns after the product is sold unless it is a manufacturer's defect. Kindly inform us of the defect within 3 days from receipt.
 
Options for Exchange/Returns
  • By Courier: We'll send our delivery guy to do a one-for-one exchange at a charge of S$10.
  • Self collect: Email us at info@mymiraclebaby.com.sg to make arrangements to do a one-for-one exchange.

Use of Discount Vouchers
Discount vouchers must be presented to the delivery man upon delivery.
 
Note:
  • Sale, discounted (e.g. bulk discounts) or promotional items are not entitled for refunds, returns and exchange.
  • Personalized Photo bag is not entitled for refund, returns and exchange.
  • We do NOT ship overseas
