Cancellation of Order

Email us at to cancel your order(s). Order will be cancelled if no payment is made and/or delivery cannot be arranged (at no fault of within 2 days from confirmation of order.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from our online store (not due to any manufacturer’s defect), you can return it in its original packaging and condition within 3 days of receipt for an exchange. Postage will be paid by customer. No exchange for personalized items
All goods sold are non-refundable.
Kindly note that there is strictly no returns after the product is sold unless it is a manufacturer’s defect. Kindly inform us of the defect within 3 days from receipt.
Options for Exchange/Returns
  • By Courier: We’ll send our delivery guy to do a one-for-one exchange at a charge of S$10.
  • Self collect: Email us at to make arrangements to do a one-for-one exchange.

Use of Discount Vouchers
Discount vouchers must be presented to the delivery man upon delivery.
  • Sale, discounted (e.g. bulk discounts) or promotional items are not entitled for refunds, returns and exchange.
  • Personalized Photo bag is not entitled for refund, returns and exchange.
